What i loved about Orchardz Jayakarta was the warm welcome upon arrival and the flexibility to check in late after midnight. The room was beautifully decorated, tidy, and set up with special touches to celebrate our honeymoon and marriage. It truly made our start unforgettable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They provided a generous buffet breakfast and offered a well-curated menu for both lunch and dinner, ensuring a delightful dining experience throughout the day.

Breakfast was an absolute treat, with 10 different stalls and three live cooks, everything very fresh and constantly replenished, staff attentively clearing up used dishes immediately, the choices varied from Indonesien to Western. Clean room, daily room service, staff at reception and dining area smiling, very friendly and helpful.The hotel was off a big busy polluted road, but set back about 70m, so actually quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

Very pleasant hotel, nice staff, spacy room with a nice view, very good bed, tasty Indonesian breakfast with different free options for directly made different side meals. It is a 4* hotel that feels like a very welcoming Homestay. With Covid-19 in 2021 i had to stay 7 days in my room of this hotel so i didnt see anything outside my room and i couldnt use the swimming pool. It was the main reason to comback to this hotel to see what i had missed then. Now i am coming back for the second time to this hotel as i like the atmosphere very much.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was exceptionally clean, and my room was spotless, which made for a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that everything was in order during my stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast — it offered a great variety of options. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to others!

it was in the middle of the night. As I was packing to check out on the next morning. I was looking for boxes around the area but nowhere to be found. I ask the security (Mr. Budhi) and he said the shop infront of the hotel only opens in the morning. So I went back to my room. After 15 mins later, my door bell rang and to my surprise, it was the security and he came with boxes enough for my needs. Thats how Orchardz is, they represent good courtesy and hospitality. I would come back next time. Thank you Mr Budhi.

The staff were really welcoming and friendly and so helpful. One individual in particular was so helpful arranging a taxi and sorting out a couple of difficulties that I extend special thanks to her. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, room was a good size and the view from the 7th floor was spectacular. Breakfast was good with fresh omlettes cooked on demand. Hotel was security aware and is at the end of a gated alley. Location is difficult to judge in Jakarta as it is such a sprawling city. Hotel is halfway between old city and freedom Square so if you travel by taxi or tuktuk then location would be considered excellent. There were large roadworks at the end of the gated alley though which meant it was difficult to walk in the local area after sundown so is impossible to judge what eating places are nearby. Really enjoyed our stay at this horel

As many people cited, the hotel is one of the cleanest hotels that I ever stayed in. It has A TONNES of rooms, surprisingly. Has a real cupboard inside (really a plus). And, Oh, one of the hotels still provides mineral water in the room instead of a self-service gallon.

I was really happy with my stay at this hotel. The deluxe room was clean, modern and spacious with good amenities and a nice view. As well as this the WiFi was flawless and the breakfast included was very tasty also. I think the price for my room was a real bargain and represents very good value for anyone wanting to stay in this area of Jakarta. I stayed here due to its proximity to the Formula E race track.
